If the directory isn't right for you, email psiwybe@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID and we will refund the full amount. Once refunded, the licence key is deactivated.

Job listings

• If we reject your listing, or don't review it within 3 working days, we refund the full amount automatically or on request.
• You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment if the listing has not yet gone live, or a refund within 7 days of going live if you remove it, by emailing psiwybe@gmail.com.

Sponsorships

Sponsorships are agreed by email before payment. If you cancel at least 7 days before your booked date, we refund in full; refund terms for later cancellations are set out in your booking email.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. All products are one-time payments and nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
